What is the linear configurator for and how can I use it?
The linear configurator supports you to configure a linear guidance system according to your need.
What is medias-interchange and how does it work?
medias interchange can help you to match various rolling bearing designations to INA/FAG designations, it quickly determines an INA/FAG designation that is equivalent to the designation of a different rolling bearing manufacturer.
What is the bearing selection tool and how does it work?
This assistant supports you with the selection of the fitting bearing for your construction. You can easily find the fitting bearing for your construction by choosing the necessary characteristics as well as the type.
What is the linear selection tool and how does it work?
This assistant supports your with the selection of the fitting linear guidance system for your construction. You can easily find the fitting products for your construction by selecting and combining several characteristics and types.
What is the housing selection assistant and how does it work?
This assistant supports you with the selection of the fitting housing for your application. You can easily find your desired product by taking into account and entering parameters and characteristics and by selecting a fitting bearing.

You can find all necessary information about your product by clicking on it. You will be provided with CAD data, mounting dimensions, technical Information, mounting information and much more!

How do I find the right bearing?
You can use the bearing selection tool to find the fitting bearing for your application.
Can I carry out calculations for my product?
Yes, you have the possibility to calculate various load cases. You can carry out the calculation by clicking on the desired product and then open the tab "Calculation".
Are there 2 D drawing and 3 D models for my products?
Yes, you can find them by selecting your desired product and click on the tab "CAD". You can select your needed file format in the drop down menu.
Where can I find all necessary information concerning bearings and linear products?
You can find all necessary information in our knowledge base.
Where can I find technical product data and dimension?
You can find them by clicking on your desired product and scrolling down a little. There we provide you with technical data, dimensions as well as factors for calculation.

What is medias Plus and what benefits does it offer?
medias Plus is the extension of medias. If you register for medias plus, you have access to additional free functions. For example, you can request a quote for your desired products or save your configured products.
What is medias business and what benefits does it offer?
medias business is the space for our business customers. As a business customer, you have the possibility to directly order products via our online shop. Additionally, you have access to your specific product catalogue and prices.
Where can I change my password?
You can change your password by clicking on your account in the upper left corner. There you can create a new password after initially entering your old password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot password" and create a new password.
I forgot which e-mail address I used for registration. What should I do?
You have the possibility to register with a new e-mail address. If it is already taken, you are already registered. Then, you have the possibility to reset your password.
How long does the registration process take?
You will receive a registration e-mail within 5 minutes after the initial registration. You can finish the registration after receiving the e-mail and start directly after that.
How can I save products for a later point in time?
You can save your products on your wish list by clicking the button "Add to wish list" for the respective product.
How can I take a look at existing wish lists and how can I create new ones?
You can have a look at your existing wish list by clicking the symbol "Wish list" in the navigation bar. There, you can create a new wish list by using the drop down "Select wish list". If you want to save a product directly in a new wish list, click the button "add to wish list" and create a new wish list in the pop up by selecting "Create new wish list" in the drop down.
How can I share my wish list with a Schaeffler Sales Partner?
Before sharing a wish list, you have to be registered. After registering, you can share any wish list with a sales partner of your choice and request a quote.
